1. General

By accessing and purchasing from this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern all purchases made on this website, operated by BLStudio, with company number 319141453 (the "Company"), located in Israel.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to make any purchases using credit cards, digital wallets, or BIT. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all the information you provide is accurate. Event tickets are strictly personal and may not be resold, transferred, or assigned without the Company’s prior written approval. The Company reserves the right to deny entry if the ticket holder does not match the name on the ticket. Government-issued ID may be required for entry.

3. Use of Website

  • These Terms and Conditions tell you the rules for using our site and/or attending a Company event. By using our site and/or attending a Company event, you confirm that you accept these Terms of Use and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you must not use our site or attend our events. We recommend that you print a copy of these Terms of Use for future reference.

  • We amend these Terms of Use from time to time. Every time you wish to use our site, please check these Terms of Use to ensure you understand the terms that apply at that time.

 

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary rights on the website and all content contained therein, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, and product designs, are the property of the Company or its licensors. You are prohibited from using, reproducing, or distributing any content from the website without explicit written consent from the Company. Unauthorized use of any intellectual property may result in legal action.

 

5. Event Tickets

All ticket sales are final. Company reserves the right to change event details, including venue, schedule, and guest list, without prior notice. In case of significant changes, ticket holders will be notified via email. If the event is designated as 'invite-only,' the Company reserves the right to cancel any registration if the registrant is not on the official invite list. The Company is not obligated to provide a reason for such cancellation and will issue a refund where applicable.

 

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in New Israeli Shekels (NIS) and include VAT where applicable. Payment can be made using credit cards, BIT, or digital wallets. Payments are processed at the time of the order. Tickets are confirmed only upon full payment. Unpaid reservations will be canceled without notice.

 

7. Event Admission and Conduct

The Company reserves the right to deny entry or remove any attendee who engages in disruptive, inappropriate, or illegal conduct. Attendees must comply with all venue policies, security procedures, and staff instructions. If an attendee is removed from an event for misconduct, they will not be entitled to a refund.

 

8. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of a transaction is subject to the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, חוק הגנת הצרכן, התשמ"א-1981. Tickets may be canceled within 14 days of purchase, provided the event has not yet taken place. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the event. The Company is not responsible for attendee no-shows.

 

9. Force Majeure

If an event is postponed or canceled due to force majeure (e.g., war, natural disasters, government regulations, or health emergencies), The Company will make reasonable efforts to reschedule but is not liable for refunds beyond legal obligations.

 

10. Website and Event Liability Waiver

The Company and/or any party acting on its behalf shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of its services, participation in events, or reliance on information provided on the website. The information provided on this website and during events does not constitute professional advice, recommendations, or guarantees of specific outcomes. Any reliance on such information is solely at the user’s discretion and risk. The Company does not provide any warranties, express or implied, regarding the quality, suitability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the services, events, or third-party providers associated with its events. The Company shall not be liable for personal injury, lost or stolen property, dissatisfaction with the event experience, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to event participation. The Company is not responsible for third-party services, including but not limited to catering, transportation, venues, security, and any partner-sponsored products or experiences. Any claims related to such third-party services should be addressed directly with the respective provider. If alcohol is served at an event, attendees must be 18 years or older to consume alcoholic beverages, in accordance with Israeli law. The Company reserves the right to request valid government-issued identification to verify age. The Company is not responsible for the actions, health, or well-being of attendees resulting from alcohol consumption, including but not limited to injuries, accidents, or legal consequences arising from excessive drinking or intoxicated behavior. The Company reserves the right to deny service of alcohol to any individual at its discretion, including those who appear intoxicated or are engaging in disruptive behavior.

 

11. Data Collection and Privacy

The Company collects and retains the following customer information for the purpose of processing orders: name, email, address, phone number, and payment details. This information is stored indefinitely unless otherwise required by law. By using this website, you consent to the collection and use of your data. By purchasing a ticket to a Company event, you agree to the Company collecting and processing your personal information for event-related purposes, including registration, attendee communication, post-event engagement, and ROI analysis. The Company reserves the right to use this data for evaluating event success, improving future experiences, and sharing relevant insights with event partners and sponsors. This may include but is not limited to aggregate statistics, anonymized trends, and direct contact details where permitted. Additionally, by attending, you grant the Company and its partners the irrevocable right to capture, use, and distribute event photography and videography, which may include your likeness, voice, and any participation in the event, for promotional, marketing, and commercial purposes in any media format, without further compensation or approval. If you do not consent to such use, you must notify the Company in writing at least 48 hours before the event; however, the Company cannot guarantee exclusion from general event photography. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by contacting us. Personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

These Linked Sites are provided solely for your convenience and not as an endorsement by the Company of the content on such Linked Sites. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes arising from the use of the website or related to transactions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jerusalem, Israel.
